AG Real Estate France announces the signing of a lease with a subsidiary of a major French industrial and technology group for the 24Sentier building, located at 24 rue du Sentier (Paris 2nd).
This 3,500 m² real estate complex, recently restructured, is now fully leased under a 9-year commercial lease, with a firm period of 6 years. The transaction was concluded on the basis of a nominal rent of €885 excl. tax/m²/year for the restructured areas.
In a particularly demanding rental environment, marked by an increased selectivity of tenants and a scarcity of large transactions, this signature confirms the attractiveness of the repositioned and qualitative assets in the heart of Paris.
Completed in mid-2025, the repositioning of 24Sentier has made it possible to offer an offer in line with the new uses of companies, integrating both flexibility of spaces and enhanced user experience.
The lessee’s choice is explained by the intrinsic quality of the building, its central location and the flexibility of the spaces, in perfect harmony with its development needs.
