7R, a leading commercial real estate developer, has appointed Katarzyna Różycka as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping the company’s financial policy and overseeing its finance, accounting and controlling functions. The appointment further strengthens 7R’s capabilities in financial management and capital-raising as the company continues to expand its operations in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany.
Katarzyna Różycka joins 7R with more than 19 years of experience in financial management, M&A transactions, corporate governance, transformation of corporate groups, and implementation of technology solutions supporting finance functions. She has extensive experience in managing the finances of multi-entity corporate structures, gained in an international business environment. Prior to joining 7R, she served as finance director at companies within the Polenergia Group and as CFO of the Röhlig Suus Logistics Group, a logistics operator active across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She also worked at PKP Cargo, where, as Group Controlling Director, she was responsible for areas including management and stock exchange reporting, planning and budgeting, and corporate governance. Earlier in her career, she gained professional experience at EY and Deloitte, both in Poland and internationally.
At 7R, Katarzyna Różycka will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s financial policy and managing the division encompassing finance, accounting and controlling. One of her key priorities will be to further align financial processes with the growing scale of 7R’s operations and to support the implementation of the company’s business strategy across its three European markets.
“7R is in a phase of dynamic growth, which requires both significant flexibility in raising capital and the highest standards of financial management,” said Andrzej Wroński, CEO of 7R. “Katarzyna has an excellent understanding of how to build a finance function that not only safeguards an organization’s stability, but also actively supports its growth and business decision-making. Her managerial maturity, strategic perspective and ability to combine a financial viewpoint with the needs of the wider organization will provide important support as we enter the next stages of our growth. I am confident that her approach to collaboration and team-building will further strengthen 7R.”
Katarzyna Różycka’s appointment comes at a time when 7R is continuing to grow and diversify its sources of financing. The company finances its projects through equity, cooperation with investors and banks, as well as through the Catalyst bond market. 7R began financing its developments through green bonds in February 2025 with an inaugural EUR 34 million issue maturing in 2028. By September 2026, the total value of bonds issued had reached approximately EUR 92 million. The company has also adopted a resolution establishing its first public bond issuance programme, under which it will be authorized to issue, in one or more series, unsecured bonds with a total value of up to PLN 350 million or the equivalent amount denominated in euros. In September 2026, the prospectus for the programme was approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Katarzyna Różycka, CFO and Member of the Management Board at 7R, commented: “I am joining 7R at an important stage in the company’s development. The growing scale of its operations in Poland and its expansion into the Czech and German markets are creating new opportunities, while at the same time placing increasingly complex demands on the finance function. I want to draw on my experience to support 7R’s continued growth by ensuring a flexible approach to financing, transparent processes, and solutions that match the company’s scale and ambitions. Further strengthening the finance team and creating an environment built on strong expertise, trust and effective collaboration will also be particularly important to me. I am delighted to be joining 7R and to work together with the team on the company’s next stage of development.”
Katarzyna Różycka is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where she studied finance and banking, and of the Leadership Psychology Academy, run in cooperation between Values Consulting and the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
