Rising energy prices in the wake of the Iran war are dampening the recovery; the prime rent is €8.60/m².

In 2025, the office letting market in Darmstadt recorded a positive development with take-up of 42,700 square metres, which corresponds to an increase of 33 per cent compared to the previous year.
