Hamburg: evoreal lays foundation stone for 103 apartments in Bramquartier

Evoreal has laid the foundation stone for the Bramquartier in Hamburg-Bramfeld. Five point buildings with 103 apartments are being built on 5,660 m²; 81 condominiums and 22 subsidized rental apartments. Project volume: approx. 55 million euros, construction to start November 2025, completion early 2028.

Office-to-Hospitality Conversion in Athens: Aroundtown Signs Long-Term Lease with SmartRental

Aroundtown has converted the former office building Themistokleous 11 in Athens into 43 rooms and leased it to SmartRental on a long-term basis. The house operates as Akeah Athens City Center. It is the company's first lease agreement with SmartRental in Greece and the company's first office-to-hospitality conversion there.

Johannishöfe at Osnabrück’s Neumarkt – Lindhorst Group starts dismantling of the old stock

On September 10, 2026, the Lindhorst Group started the demolition of the "Johannishöfe" quarter at Osnabrück's Neumarkt - together with Mayor Katharina Pötter.
